Orders will be sent by BePost or DPB. The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the piece(s), except for orders within Belgium. They will be send free of charge.

If you are ordering more pieces I will recalculate the shipping cost and if dividing the order over more boxes makes it cheaper I will transfer you the difference back.

Please contact me by email if your country is not on the list of shipping countries or if you want to request a quote for ordering bigger orders.

All care will be taken but items lost in shipping can not be covered by AMP Ceramics.

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 days from the receipt of full payment of purchase. Once send it will take around 10 days to arrive at the destination.

Payment is made securely through Paypal or Stripe for credit card payments. Please make sure all of your contact details are correct and up to date especially your shipping address. It is very important as this will allow the items to be safely shipped to your correct address.

Additional taxes and duties may be added upon arrival in the destination country; we are unable to estimate these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

If your items arrive to you damaged please contact me within 24 hours with photographs of the damage and the outer box and we will discuss how to proceed. No returns on discounted or sales items
